Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026. Placeholder — review with legal counsel before public launch.

The short version

CollabBill stores everything you enter locally in your own browser, on your own device. We do not operate a server that receives your business data, we do not require accounts, and we do not sell or share your records — there is nowhere for them to go.

What is stored locally

  • Business profile details you enter (name, contact, tax IDs, bank details for invoice display)
  • Clients, collaborations, deals, proposals, estimates, invoices, payments, and receipts
  • Expenses, reports inputs, media kits, portfolio items, and other workspace records
  • Images you upload (logos, profile pictures, thumbnails) as downscaled copies

What is not collected

  • No account information — there are no accounts
  • No analytics or tracking of your business records
  • No payment processing — CollabBill records payments, it never processes them

The website may be served through infrastructure that logs standard, anonymized request data (such as IP addresses) for security and availability. That logging is separate from your workspace data.

Your responsibility

Because data is stored in your browser, clearing browser data or using private browsing can remove it. Use Settings → Data to export regular backups. Documents you generate (invoices, receipts) are your responsibility to send and retain correctly.
