Bugs & feature requests
Signed in to the app? Use the Feedback page inside CollabBill — it goes straight to the builder. If you find something that does not work as described on this site, note what you did, what you expected, and what happened — bug reports are much easier to act on with those three details.
Data problems
If something looks wrong with your data, export a backup first (Settings → Data) — that file contains everything needed to diagnose or restore your workspace.
